Subject: Breaching the Privacy Act
Comment:
I really want to know why are we commanded by your Government to breach the
laws and be fraudulent participants to this system.
My mother in law from China made an application for a family sponsored
tourist visa which was refused on the basis that my mother in law wanted to
protect the private information of her children and husband in China.
We were informed that we can make a new application and we were expressly
informed that we must breach the Privacy Act or my mother in law will not
enter Australia to visit her daughter after years of separation. This
information was given us by the DIBP.
My mother in law subsequently made a complaint to The Information Privacy
Commission. The above mentioned commission found that DIBP was right to ask
fro private information of Chinese citizens who were not included in the
Application neither have they anything to do with your Government or our
nation.
Can you please explain to me how I can enter this into my mind without being
rejected and thrown out. I mean if my mother in law came to Australia and
breached the smallest of our laws, she would be crucified. And now the DIBP
and privacy commission are actually asking her to breach the Privacy Act,
work for the DIBP as a spy against her own family. What is happening to our
nation? I fail to understand.
Please reply within ten days. Should we are forced to breach the Privacy Act
and all other Acts by what I experienced with Federal And State Governments,
then I guarantee you that my family and I will never accept to be subjects to
any of your rules and we will start our own way of getting justice. I
promise.

Dear Prime Minister
I indeed thank you for your attention and prompt reply. I however decided to
reply to your letter because it may not be so obvious for some Australians to
write to the Minister for Immigration in case of Immigration issue, but in my
case I knew that and I did send a letter to the Immigration Minster for his
intervention in the matter I mentioned to you and his reply or
acknowledgement was never forth coming. In view of his expressed refusal to
attend to our correspondence we decided to write to supposedly his boss the
Prime Minister. I hope I was write to address you in case one of the federal
Ministers is refusing to attend to his duty. If I was, then I hope that you
take this reply seriously because if I am to get a chance to explain as to
how serious the issue I am trying to resolve, I would prove beyond any shadow
of doubt that something must be promptly done to resolve it.

Prime Minister
Are you all done? There is nothing else you want to add?
Ok. As of this date, neither you, nor your Government of the New World Order,
nor any pretended Government anywhere in Australia have any jurisdiction over
my family and me. We are finished. You are all lies. There is no justice.
There is no freedom. There is no democracy. There is no law. And the
Commonwealth Constitution was abolished. There is nothing. So for lack of
words, you can shove it all where ever you want. Don't you bloody ever come
after us because you will like the response.
